Coach’s Room · Early Access
Practice the client you can’t get.
Coach’s Room is a private rehearsal space for coaches. Coach calibrated AI clients in real conversations, commit your read of the room, and receive formative mentor feedback aligned to ICF standards — then book live mentoring with a Master Certified Coach.
The gap nobody talks about
You trained for the conversations that matter. But between certification and your first hundred hours sits a gap: where do the reps come from?
Real practice clients are scarce — and the wrong engagement is expensive for both of you. Peer practice is generous, but a fellow coach can’t hold the difficulty you need or give you a calibrated read. Consent, availability, timing, difficulty: every one of them is in the way of the one thing that builds craft — volume, with feedback.
Coach’s Room removes every one of those frictions. The client is always available. The difficulty is tuned to your target credential. The session is consent-free by design. And the feedback comes in the formative tradition of mentor coaching.
How it works
Five steps, one skill.
Choose a client.
Three calibrated personas, each guarding a different skill. New personas arrive as the library grows.
Coach the session.
A real conversation, in real time. The client responds like a client — guarded or fluent, stuck or seductive.
Commit your read — before the feedback.
Before you see a single line of the report, you state your hypothesis: who this client is, what they can carry, what the contract should hold. Blind. This is the skill the platform exists to train: reading the room.
Receive the Mentor report.
One strength, one stretch — each anchored to what actually happened in the session, quoted, and mapped to the professional competency markers the behavior reflects. Formative, never a grade.
Train the stretch.
Every report prescribes from a curated development library — then, when you want a human in the room, live mentoring is one booking away.
The three clients
Three calibrated personas, each guarding a different skill.
Sanjay
Polished, prepared, and quietly stuck. He speaks fluent “should.” Your job is the sentence underneath it.
Maral
A brilliant COO running on fumes, with a delegation problem and something in the session that is yours to catch — and to route.
Kian
Nine months a CEO, articulate, coach-literate, asking for the deep work. The most seductive conversation you will have this year.
Calibrated to your target
Train where you’re heading, not where you are.
Sessions tune to ACC, PCC, or MCC difficulty. Reports work in two frames: your read of the person (the Person Canvas), and the published standards of the profession.
Live mentoring

The engine
The same body of work behind the practice.
Coach’s Room runs on Kaveh’s published coaching frameworks — the Person Canvas, the Client Matrix, the Depth Ladder, and the Scope Gate — the same body of work behind his executive practice, team-coaching programmes, and summit teaching. The clients you meet here are built from it. The reports you receive speak it.
A rehearsal room, not a therapy room
Every conversation stays inside professional coaching scope. The Scope Gate — the boundary framework at the heart of the platform — means practice includes the hardest professional conversation of all: recognizing when the person in front of you needs a different kind of help, and routing them there well.
Coach’s Room complements the training path. It never replaces client hours.
