Kaveh (MBA, MSc, MAPPCP, MCC) has extensive experience working with executives, guiding them through psychological processes like thinking, motivation, learning, sensation, perception, and emotion, using Positive Behaviour Change. His roles as a tutor, mentor, and assessor at Henley Business School, an honorary lecturer at the University of Liverpool, a faculty member at the Institute of Strategic Leadership and Coaching (ISLC) in China, and a director at ICF Thought Leadership highlight his expertise.
His methodology uniquely blends coaching with Humanistic psychology, Constructivism, Linguistics, Positive Psychology, Systemic psychology, and Neuroscience to create a comprehensive coaching experience.
