Kaveh (MBA, MSc, MAPPCP, ACTC, MCC, MCS (ACC, PCC, MCC), Coaching Supervisor Specialization) has extensive experience working with executives, guiding them through critical psychological processes using Positive Behaviour Change. His passions include performance, engagement, well-being, transition, and leadership.
He is a tutor, mentor and assessor at Henley Business School, an Honorary Recognised Teacher and Module Author at the University of Liverpool, faculty at the Institute of Strategic Leadership and Coaching (ISLC) in China, and a former director of the ICF Thought Leadership Institute Global Board (2024–2026).
His approach blends evidence-based coaching psychology — Positive Psychology, Psychological Capital, Appreciative Inquiry and strengths-based methods — with real business judgement. His coaching has been sought by senior executives from Deloitte, Amazon, Google, HSBC, Novartis, Salesforce, Mars, Warner Bros., Dell and Lego.
Beyond his executive practice, Kaveh is a volunteer coach with Inclusive Coaching, a charity that partners with organisations to provide executive coaching to aspiring leaders from disadvantaged backgrounds.
